After you wash your face at night and before your moisturizer, massage 3-5 drops of facial oil onto clean skin, avoiding the eye area. The formula's green color will absorb fast with a non-greasy feel.

I use this product every night. It has a strong odor that after awhile didn't bother me. The thing that bothers me is the way it makes my pillow smell. (I'm a side sleeper). I sometimes sweat at night and I think the oil combined with my sweat makes my bedding have a very, not pleasant odor. With that being said, the product itself is great! It doesn't leave my skin oily and my redness is gone in the morning.
