- Dry hands prior to use.
- Place one strip on upper teeth just below the gum line.
- Gently press strip onto naturally moistened teeth until sealed in place. If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers.
- Repeat for lower teeth.
- Allow about 10 minutes for strip to dissolve. No rinsing or removal necessary! For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.
Precautions: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Will whiten natural teeth only. Not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have gum problems or are allergic to any of the ingredients. Discontinue use and speak to a dentist if you experience pain or excessive sensitivity.

Dissolves too fast, can't put on
Same as others, wish I read the reviews. Horrible to put on bottom teeth. Sticks to lip and instantly starts to dissolve and become a mess so you cant move them. The original strips didnt do this. Ill never buy again. I dont understand why they are so so much different than the original in the black packaging.
Difficult to use
Wish I would have read more reviews. They stick to my lips and are almost impossible to get in place on the bottom teeth. Very disappointed.
Express whitening strips
Works really well and saw noticable difference in two days. I have the most sensitive teeth and they didnt cause me any issues at all. Would definitely recommend and repurchase.
Don't recommend!
Terrible product. The bottom strips dissolve almost immediately and stick to your lip instead of your teeth, forcing you to use multiple strips just to apply one. They sting and are painful. Completely unusable. Do not recommend.
Disappointed
I was so excited about the dissolving aspect of these and how convenient that would be. I was very disappointed with how difficult they are to apply to your bottom teeth without sticking to your lip and inner corners of your mouth. I tried multiple methods, it was a mess everytime. I'm also wondering how much product actually stays on my teeth and how much was transfered to the inside of my mouth as I waited for them to dissolve. I thought I could deal with the application if I got good results, but in the end there was not too much of a difference in my before and after pictures. Definitely not worth it.
