Most Helpful Positive Review An oily girls best Friend. This is a recent buy however, when you are as oily as I, you know when something works!. I used this powder to set my primer before adding my foundation then again as an all over setting powder. Due to the oiliness of my skin this was the perfect coverage. in 90 degree heat running errands and a brunch with my friends no oils broke through which never happens I am the blot queen. Now did I have to blot at all, yes, but after 7 hours. My makeup was applied at 11am and I noticed I could use a blot around 6 pm. I bought two extra for back up.
Most Helpful Critical Review I have been a I have been a one wet n wild for many many years. I am obsessed with their foundation and highlighters. People claimed this powder to be a dupe for a few high end powders so I just had to buy it. All of the claims are correct it does not leave a white cast at all and it does set your make up to an extent. I just don't find that it sets my foundation like my favorite setting powder does. It's a good powder if you are using a lot of setting powder but if you're looking for a blurred finish this isn't it. I want to be my favorite because you get so much for such a low price but I just don't see myself buying this one again. Here is a flash test of swatches to prove that there is zero white cast. This is the most amazing loose powder I have tried. Seriously. I use it to set my whole face but I especially love it to use it under my eyes as it doesn't make them look cakey or dry. It's my everyday go to!! And the price is amazing as it is definitely better than high end powders. I also love the packaging as it is very large and is easy to dip your sponge/brush in it. Give it a try if you haven't it gives a beautiful finish to your makeup! Photo Focus Loose Setting Powder-Deep Photo Focus Loose Setting Powder-Deep

This powder is my favorite!! I've tried high end and many drugstore ones as well and this one still takes the cake for me. You can't go wrong especially at the price point.

Not my fav, good overall 3

It definitely makes you have a matte finish which I was looking for! But I got it in translucent and it really just made my face look really pale after applying and it wouldn't all come off my face so I would look white..it's good overall besides the way it leaves me looking really pale.

I purchased this in translucent. It's a good value for the price. It's a nicely milled powder that is truly translucent and not garish or cakes. It's helpful for setting foundation and helps with keeping oil at bay. Does require touches through the day however.

I bought the banana powder to put under my eyes to brighten and it made my under eyes so dark that I had to redo my makeup. Im on the light to medium skin tone and have used banana powders before and haven't had a problem

BEWARE SHADE BANANA FOR LIGHTER SKIN 5
Madi from georgetown, tx
I mainly use loose powders to set under my eyes which typically you want to be brighter/lighter, im not fair skinned im just a warm light skin tone, for reference i am shade 1w1 in estée lauder double wear. ANYWAYS i got the banana shade bc i thought it would help brighten, i've used banana powders before and the shade looked similar to my other ones in the container maybe a tiny bit darker. I looked this shade up everywhere and the pictures were still making me question but on here it says banana is "suitable for all skin tones" uhh needless to say it most definitely darkened my concealer by 3 shades and i looked like i had dark mustard powder under my eyes i looked sick and deranged lol. anyway it's a great powder but stick with translucent if you aren't truly a medium skin tone or darker. i got translucent instead and it's 10/10

Omg I'm really loving wet and wild products they have really step up their game since the 80s when I was a teenager , I think it's a dupe for the Laura mercier setting powder it's not cakey it's smooth and doesn't settle in my fine lines or wrinkles ,I have combination skin and it works great

This setting powder is AMAZING. It gives a silky, beautiful finish for an affordable price, and it doesn't make my face feel like desert sand. I do have a few qualms with this product, though. For one, the packaging makes it nearly impossible to remove the sifter. I know most people don't need ten pounds of translucent powder on their face, but I do! I wish it was easily removable. Speaking of translucency... This isn't translucent. It says it is, but it does make my makeup slightly lighter than it was. I dislike this, because if you put it over white makeup that doesn't set— like clown white— then it turns yellow. Overall, I'd recommend this product to most people. But if you use a white base, or truly don't want to have to sift the product into it's lid to get access to it, I would try something else.

Switched to this after using LM and ABH for years. Absolutely love this and so affordable! Lasts a long time and doesn't look dry, powdery, or cakey on my skin. Each container also lasts forever. Haven't had any issues w flashback

I absolutely LOVE this loose powder. It sets my foundation so it's nice and matte. The translucent shade is just that, TRANSLUCENT! 100% recommend to anyone wanting a dang good setting powder.
burned my face! 3
Bambi from South Carolina
I don't understand the hype of this. it literally reminds me of cornstarch and why has nobody mentioned the little sparkles in it?!?! it made my face really red and burn. now my face is irritated and hurts. besides that, I thought it was very drying and somewhat gritty. my sister even pointed out that my under eyes looked dry and ghostly. if you have sensitive skin I'd be hesitant to try. it's cheap so try it for yourself and see if you get the hype.

My under eyes crease ALL OF THE TIME, no matter what method of applying I do. This powder has minimized my under eye creasing by so much it's ridiculous.

Great product 5
Clairrose from Illinois
This is a great powder. It is very fine so it doesn't leave me feeling too cakey. I have dry skin & I don't feel like this sinks into my dry patches too much. I don't really notice a scent which is nice. The packaging is a bit messy but I've gotten use to it. For the price isn't an awesome product.

Shout out to the Ulta rep (Covina location) who recommended this as a dupe for the Laura Mercier translucent powder. Super affordable and has a nice finish too!

I love this setting powder. The shade I have is translucent. And it works great on my skin. Try it according to your skin. I like to use this to set my concealer under my eyes and it works just amazing. It keeps everything in place and no flaking also it doesn't smear either. It is super affordable. I definitely recommend this one in your translucent collection. Photo Focus Loose Setting Powder-Deep
