Getting full coverage makeup without textured skin showing through has been so difficult until now. Using this product before I apply my foundation is a game changer. About this over a month ago and after using several different other primers i'm glad I did this one goes on smooth and soft not sticky or leaving a residue like some others have. Is this safe to use on your eyelids under eyeshadow?

Would I apply this before or after moisturizer? I don't typically wear foundation and am just lhooing not to shone later in the day. I work in an office and use a conputer (read: blue light concerns) for most of the day.
