Ive just started my first one today .Tastes like a solero ice lolly and i love them . I was using marine collagen and d3 k2 from british supplements which are clean no binders no fillers. But all these vitamins in one drink so it works out cheaper too . And ive heard on reviews about packaging like box is too big . You would not save if the box was smaller these boxes arent expensive for big company all the money is in the drink and the packaging the drink holds and its just cardboard and just recycle the box properly. Ill do another review when been using a bit longer and dont feel like a burst mattress.

It took a while to notice a difference (I would say around 4-5 weeks) but I really noticed a big difference in my sleep, nails and hair. My sleep isn't as irregular and my nails are definitely stronger and longer. Would highly recommend
