I was slightly disappointed when I opened the package and saw that some of the palette was chipped and broken. However, I did email e.l.f. to let them know and they very quickly resolved the issue. I still used the eyeshadow and it lasted all day and was easy to apply.

I get that ingredients change from time to time, but with such a controversial ingredient, this definitely feels like a bait and switch. Yes, I know talc, in and of itself isn't really the problem, but I don't necessarily trust cosmetics companies to routinely test a large enough sample size to ensure the talc is clean.
