This is really good. I actually have to stop taking it because I didn't realize one of the ingredients was elderberry and I am allergic to elderberry. Besides that the two weeks I have been using it, I have noticed a difference!
Works for me
I dont have lymphedema or anything, but I do have some fluid retention issues especially noticable in my abdomen. I have been using these drops every day for nearly 2 months and notice a huge difference in my belly area, my joints and neck also dont feel as stiff overall. I do one ml daily mixed with my Huel greens and cranberry juice (actual juice with no added sugars) and I dont taste anything gross. Recently flew for 17+ hours and had the expected swelling of my feet and ankles. One of the first things I did once we arrived at our destination was take my drops and it helped reduce swelling more quickly than if I hadn't taken it.
It Helps
I have +3 edema. It's severe in my lower legs & ankles. It's so bad I can't wear heels anymore or fit in sneakers comfortably. I wear slides only now unfortunately. I use compression stockings, sleep with a wedge pillow and take water pills everyday so adding this supplement into my daily regimen I think has made a difference in the tightness overall. My legs are softer, my feet less swollen. It says you can take 1 ml up to 3x. I'm only doing 1ml 1x a day for 3 weeks now. I definitely see an overall difference but not a cure all. It tastes disgusting like a pack of sharpened pencils yuck but worth it.
