I have 3B curly long hair unfortunately takes a about 3-4 passes to get a nice straight look. Decided to try a new brand after my Chi Lava flat iron needed to be replaced. Stopped working
Less than 10 months and there is barely any heat to it anymore. Now i need to get a new flat iron. Ive seen other reviews saying the same thing. Dead in less than a year. Waste of money.
Great until it wasn't
I have loved this flatiron until I didn't. It worked great for 5 years and then all of a sudden, like other comments have said, the diplay just says Err and does not heat up.
Worst I've ever had
I am mad I didn't return this. Its by far the worst flat iron I've ever had. I like the the style & feel but that's about it. $25 flat irons preform better than this.
2.5 stars… depending on hair type
It's a good straightener but ive had better. i feel this is more for people who already have straight/wavy hair and just need to pass through it quickly. I have 3a/3b hair & honestly wish i hadnt bought this. i need multiple passes unless on super super high heat & i can never fully get to my roots which SUCKS as that part is always left wavy.
Did not last a year
Decided to "upgrade" my Chi, mistake. I use it a few times a month, and after 9 months it died. Refund portion has been really annoying, they only refund you a gift card and only what you paid - not the full cost of the item. BEWARE not a good product
