I loved this flat iron! I did extensive research before I purchased it because I desperately needed to replace my old Chi. Everything was great for a while ... it heat up super fast and goes up to 450 degrees. Until yesterday it just died on me out of the blue ! The digital display reads 94 degrees ...

Basic. Not worth the money. Paul Mitchell has been my go to, decided try this and was not impressed. Although it doesn't burn or damage my hair I can see why. It will smooth hair for a few hours but will not hold. Also adds no shine. Hair is blah and not sharp or polished looking which is what I was looking for. Should have returned it

Bought this exactly one year ago. Broke down completely today. When I press the on button, it would not turn on whatsoever. Now I need to look for a new hair straightener again. The money was not worth it as I did not even use it on a daily basis.
