I received this as a birthday gift and was super excited to try it. Firsr of i had to use all ly strength for the plates to close which made it extremely difficult to use. its terrible, kinda feel scammed honestly, seeing as it keeps going down on price. doesnt straighten, the curved element does nothing, it snags your hair, you have to go through the same piece 50 tiems to get it a bit straight. waste of money, extremely disappointed.

I will never buy another flat iron with the heating element extended to one side! I have burned myself no matter how careful I try to be.

I returned it because it's not safe, I burned my hand due to its plate extending to the side.
Constantly snags my hair!
I loved the idea of being able to also curl my hair with this; however, it's awful. It does heat up quickly, but that's about the only positive. It snags my hair constantly and has made it brittle and broken. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I love this hair straightener and it also curls great. It gives my hair wonderful curls. Very easy to use. I bought this one and the more expensive BaBylissPro Prima3100 and I'm keeping this one. Love it!!!
