Great for Fine Hair
I've been using the Nexxus MVP Styler on both wet and dry hair, and honestly, I get the hype. The first thing I noticed was how smooth and soft it made my hair feel without giving it that coated or greasy effect. The texture of the product itself is very cream-like and looks pretty heavy, but once it's in your hair, it's surprisingly lightweight. I have fine hair and was worried it might weigh it down, but it didn't at all. On wet hair, it helped smooth and control frizz, and on dry hair it worked great for polishing and defining without making my hair look flat. Overall, it gives that "put together but effortless" vibe, which is exactly what I want from this kind of product. One of the first things I noticed about this product is the scent. The initial scent is a bit off-putting but it is unnoticeable after styling. It has a lightweight feel that didn't weigh my hair down while also helping fight frizz. In combination with hairspray this cream allowed me to maintain curls for a full day. Pleasant Surprise!!
I did not expect much out of this product, I have tried many styling creams claiming to tame frizz that had no impact. I was extremely happy when this cream succeeded in its claims! I use this cream at night, post shower. I have thick hair, but a little goes a long way. I let my hair dry while I sleep and im yhe morning the frizz is comtaimed and all I need is a quick brush to look presentable. I would absolutely recommend this styling cream!
