Glide along your lashline and waterline for defined eyes, or draw a dramatic wing for a bold look.
To smoke out or smudge, use a pencil brush and blend immediately (liner sets after around 10 seconds).
To prevent breakage, be sure not to overadvance the liner.

Gorgeous color with a twist
These pencil liners are beautiful, sparkly and nicely blendable. After swatching the shades at Ulta I chose a beautiful glittery pink color called Pixie. I was also delighted that once dry it set down very well. But when I tried to apply it at home it wasn't the pretty sparkly pink I was expecting....

Amazing color!
This is my 4th purchase of this eyeliner. I've almost gotten every color. I get a ton of compliments when wearing it and can use it by itself when I don't want to do my full eye but want color. Goes on smoothly and doesn't irritate my eyes.

It doesnt apply well or stay well like everything else says. I thought it was a pretty color, so I bought it, and it wasnt even worth the money I spent on it (which wasnt much).

I got the color Ventura Blvd and I'm obsessed with it! It's such a gorgeous deep blue with purple shift. These are super creamy and blend like a dream. Def going to have to try more!
