When you get to the end of your eye balm stick, peel off the little white sticker at the bottom, revealing a hole inside the tube. LOVE PRODUCT
I have gone through 1.5 tubes of this so far. My esthetician suggested a vitamin c under eye cream. So I started researching products. I wanted something good, but would not cost and arm and a leg. I can across this and had some rewards, so I decided to give it a try. I LOVED it. This product has worked great for my dark under eyes. The only con would be I wish there was a bit more product in the tube.
Dispenser broken
The dispenser is broken on this product and it dosnt move up or down. There is no way to get the product out. Very disappointing because the first time I bought it the product worked properly, but too expensive to repurchase.
Terrible packaging design
While I am a regular user and truly appreciate the product, I have encountered significant quality issues with the spinning mechanism that advances the tube. Regrettably, this is now my third tube to experience the exact same mechanical failure. After looking into recent reviews, it appears this may be a widespread design issue rather than an isolated incident. Due to these persistent reliability problems, I have begun searching for alternative products that function similarly but offer better durability.
Irritated Skin, No Brightening
Caused a bunch of red sensitive bumps under my eye area that were very uncomfortable and I did not notice any brightening effect.
Great product- terrible packaging
I actually really like this product, but there is some major quality issues with the spinning mechanism that pushes the tube up and down. This is now my third tube with the same exact problem. It appears from the reviews, that it's a quality problem across the board. I'm currently searching for a dupe that functions the same, with less mechanical issues.
