I've used ROC products for probably 15 years. I'm 73 and I have very few wrinkles. People say I look like I'm in my early 60's. I'll take that. I love all their products and use them every day.

It's just a balm.
I bought this after reading reviews that were positive. The applicator is nice and cooling but that's about it. No smell, No tingle, nothing. It's just normal lip balm in a sleek tube. First time trying their products and was let down.

Works well. Notice results immediately. Does sting the lip a bit for not for long. Looks great over lipstick color as well or alone.

I wasn't sure If this product would work for me. but I can tell you this definitely works. I have very very small lips and this made my lips looks juicy, hydrated and plump after just 1 use. not crazy results but you can definitely tell a difference. i would highly recommend.
