When you get to the end of your eye balm stick, peel off the little white sticker at the bottom, revealing a hole inside the tube. I used a Q-tip to press the remaining product up out of the tube and you are not going to believe how much is still in there! I have been throwing these away every time ...

I have tried this a few times , because it's praised by influencers on social media. It burned my skin. Actual burns. I had red marks that lasted 3-4 days! At first I thought I used too much product. Had to return it because someone had already used it all. They replaced it. No questions asked. Jury still out on its effectiveness.

Terrible packaging
I like the product, but both times I purchased it, the packaging made it impossible to get half of the balm out. I cant keep buying something that leaves so much product go ti waste. Please fix the packaging!
