When you get to the end of your eye balm stick, peel off the little white sticker at the bottom, revealing a hole inside the tube. Im a Roc fan, however, I have purchased 2 of these eye balms and have bever been able to fully use the product. Both times the applicator has broke and the product diesnt twist up.. so irrating, cost is too high around $30, for this to happen
my under eye got puffy which looked like a blister
I have bought this when first it went viral and I had no issue. I wonder if they reformulated it since, cause I had an allergic reaction. It looked like I had a blister under my eye, within 10 mins of the application. I can handle Vitamin C with no problem since I've use 23%. I can handle some ointment under my eyes since I've used several Aquaphor sticks.

This products works well and helps with dark patches under the eye. I even use it on my husband's. It compact and easy to take on the go as well

Apply the balm first, give it a moment to absorb, then smooth your eye cream over the top. Another great option is to use the Vitamin C Eye Balm in the morning to brighten and de-puff, and the retinol-based Line Smoothing Eye Cream at night — that way each ingredient works at its ideal time. I know its advised to use on dry skin so does that mean after cleansing face but before the rest of skin care routine can be followed including eye cream?

Given the delicate nature of the eye area, we recommend only using one product at a time. However, you can always mix and match products in the AM and PM.
