They have to change the packaging
I try samplers to see if I like a shampoo/ conditioner. Nick Stenson folks must not have tried this product in the shower: the hard plastic makes it impossible to squeeze and the conditioner is thick - so the you bang and bang to get a small portion out, wasting water and hurting your hand. I understand image but if the travel size is tough; no way I am upgrading to the full size. I do like whats inside but not worth the trouble.
Container is thick plastic
Due to heavy plastic used to hold this shampoo i will not be purchasing again. I have to bang the container on my palm ti get it to come out.
The Bottles of Both Shampoo and Conditioner Fell Apart

The shampoo and conditioner are both pretty good but I wasted the money because the bottles BOTH have big cracks (I keep them in different places in my bathroom). The products have slowly leaked all over and I have lost most of it. What's going on?

Theres so many factors that can influence your experience with a product such as hair type, environment, hard water or even using too much product. (2) Order a travel size if its available. If it doesn't work out you're not throwing out as much money.
Nothing has ever made my hair feel THIS dry.
I am a hairstylist, have been in the game for a long time. The ingredients of this shampoo seemed so promising. I kept trying different leave ins after using this hoping it would save it. But there is nothing i can do other than throw this stuff out. My hair feels insanely dry and stiff after using this shampoo and conditioner.
