The shampoo and conditioner are both pretty good but I wasted the money because the bottles BOTH have big cracks (I keep them in different places in my bathroom). The products have slowly leaked all over and I have lost most of it. What's going on?
Nothing has ever made my hair feel THIS dry.
I am a hairstylist, have been in the game for a long time. The ingredients of this shampoo seemed so promising. I kept trying different leave ins after using this hoping it would save it. But there is nothing i can do other than throw this stuff out. My hair feels insanely dry and stiff after using this shampoo and conditioner.

I have been interested in trying this for about a year, so when it went on sale I bought it with the conditioner. The first thing I noticed was the best-smelling shampoo I have ever used. Then I noticed that I could go one extra day before washing (washed on the 5th day). I just repurchased the pair. My favorite had been Pureology but this now ties with it. The only thing I don't care for is the pump dispenser with a cap. I would rather have it with just a cap to take off, easier to use. Also, there is nowhere to place the extra cap that goes over it.

Picked up the Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner after seeing someone post about it on Instagram. I have thick curly blonde highlighted hair so I'm looking for products that help with dryness and color protection (beyond other things). I've been using another prestige brand for over a year so I didn't have high expectations that this product would be much different. I did notice while washing my hair there was a lot less fall out (maybe 20% of what I normally saw). Overall my hair felt great too. Only 4 stars because I've only used it once, but would highly recommend trying it!
