For maximum effectiveness, apply a small palm-sized amount of It's a 10 Miracle Moisture Shampoo to wet hair. Work into lather, focusing mainly on roots and scalp and then gently working through length of hair. Rinse with warm water.
For fine or color-treated hair, use slightly less product and work into a gentle lather focusing on scalp and hairline. Rinse with warm water.
Follow with It's a 10 Miracle Daily Conditioner or It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Treatment if desired.

Some of the cleansing agents that are in our shampoos have a byproduct of a form of sulfate, however, it is not the type of sulfates that are added to normal shampoos. I swear this would have been amazing because of how good their conditioner is in this line. WRONG! The shampoo literally dries out your hair and makes it feel like straw. Please do not buy this, its awful.

I will never be supporting it's a 10 product or Ulta after this experience. I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for about 3 months. My hair was horrible dry, lots of fallout, and just looked terrible. I decided to try a different shampoo-without changing any other products- and immediately, my hair was silky, smooth, and the ends didn't feel like crispy straw. Well, why would I want to keep a product that has destroyed my hair? So I went to Ulta, but they wouldn't return it. Emailed it's a 10, they completely dismissed me, said that's not true and that's not what happened. Why would I lie? Someone like myself cares a lot about my hair, I have purchased the best upon the best of shampoos searching for something that works, and I truly thought this product would work as I have been hating Its a 10 leave in for years, but I was wrong and both these companies lost a customer-but they have shown they couldn't care less.

Shampoo
I bought the shampoo and conditioner with high hopes it dried my hair out and made it break. For a reference that I have pretty long hair and I only wash it about once twice a week and it is very healthy. Very disappointing.
