Start with towel-dried hair. -Comb through and apply HG Thermal & Heat Protectant Spray (sold separately) to hair. -Turn on brush and select desired heat and speed settings. -Section hair and dry a small section at a time. -Place brush underneath each section, near the scalp, and slowly work down until hair is dry. -Repeat until all hair is dry. -For volume at the roots, use horizontally at the crown.

I've been wanting a blowout brush for awhile but I've used my friend's before and it was so hard to work/big and bulky. I decided to give this one a try because of the size and I'm so glad I did!!! I'm obsesssssssed with it! Refreshed my hair in literally 10 minutes, lightweight, easy to use, and wasn't awkward for me to maneuver around. Now I can use this mini blowout brush in place of my hair dryer and mini flat iron to get the look I want. I initially thought the barrel would be too big, but it actually works great to give my hair lift and dry it forward, then spike it up with ease. It would not be for curling such short hair, but for using the bristles as fingers to separate, texturize and give volume. I love too how soft the bristles are. The size is easy to hold and the way to change speeds is simple and well designed so that you aren't touching any buttons accidentally. It's a surprise keeper for me!
