I think once a week with this for the face with the Philosophy gentle cleansing product the rest of the week. The exfoliating cleanser can be used in the shower for your body daily or every few days for extremely smooth skin. Lotion your body with the Philosophy body lotion. You will be amazed.

One star strictly for microplastics
Full disclosure: I have not tried it. I wanted to check the label for microplastics, a common ingredient in exfoliators. Yep. Acrylates copolymer = microplastics. I'm not perfect but trying to cut back on my plastic footprint where I can. Just FYI
