I love this exfoliating scrub! I keep it in the shower and refill my 8 oz btl with this big one. It's very gentle but does a great job removing dead skin and stimulating my face and neck

Honestly, the product itself is great. It's a fine-grain exfoliant that really feels great on the skin and is not too rough. Unfortunately, the customer service (or lack thereof) is the reason I will not be a returning customer. My product came with a faulty pump; I called customer service asking for a replacement nozzle. They were unable to ship only a pump (understandable) and would have to send an entirely new replacement product (fine). The problem is, I had to return my product first, wait for it to be processed with quality control so they could "inspect" it, and then could receive my replacement. My product reached their facility on Thursday, 1/15 (I was told I was responsible for the tracking). After 9 days of no correspondence following the receipt of my product, I finally called back on Saturday, 1/24. No replacement product had been shipped my way, and the rep (albeit polite) was a bit nonchalant about the fact that I was completely product-less (though my credit card statement begs to differ). I even had to ask for rush shipping so I could finally enjoy my product sooner rather than later. It's just a customer service model I'm unfamiliar with; most companies would immediately send a replacement since it's a faulty product—- not force the customer to a) print the shipping label themselves and return it b) be responsible for the tracking and receipt of the item c) be responsible for the follow-up to ensure the company actually sends the replacement product d) wait an extended amount of time for something they paid a pretty penny for. In summary, great product, but not worth the hassle. You could probably find something of similar quality elsewhere for a lot less effort.

I use Purity face cleaner daily and Microdelivery every other day as my cleaners. I also use Hope in a Jar as a moisturizer. This is a great combination. I'm 56 years old and my face has never been cleaner and more healthy. My little mini spa at night really helps relax after a long day of work.
