I use this 2/3 times weekly and it gives me a fresh restart when the grime of life builds up. The smell is uplifting. I live in the southwest where it's hot, dusty and dry all summer. It's particularly uplifting in the warm months but I love it all year round. It is a gorgeous exfoliator.
