So this isn't a protein powder, nor does it claim to be, as a fellow reviewer has noticed. It does have trace amounts of collagen in the form of a supplement. The amount of collagen is unlisted, so I would view it as a fun addition to your daily collagen supplement instead of a supplement on its own...

The flavor is really not good, I've tried most of the other flavors this brand carries and I like the others but this is not my thing, it's not bad if I add my own matcha powder to it but on its own it has an off flavor to it, possibly the mushroom I'm not sure but i probably wouldn't recommend this...
