Ube is made from Purple Yam from the Philippines. Although, this brand is Korean owned, they are trying to use popular Philippines Ube to entice people to purchase this product. The ingredients listed are Purple Sweet Potato, which is an American Ingredient and Taro. Those are not the same as Ube an...

LOVE THESE
I found this brand by a stroke of luck a few months back and initially tried the strawberry matcha flavor. I LOVED it. Since then I've tried the other two matcha flavors. However, I'm also a HUGE Ube fan and rarely ever see Ube lattes in cafes, but when I do I try them. This Ube latte mix makes such a rich, creamy and nutty latte - LOVE IT. I'm very sensitive to caffeine (even the small amount in matcha), so I stocked up on the Ube latte boxes. They are wonderful for every occasion. 11/10 would recommend.

Shame on this brand for using an upcoming popular ingredient to get people to buy this product!

Got this during the 21d sale and regret not getting more. So far tried vanilla latte and matcha and I must say ube one is my favorite and I'm picky when it comes to ube too. As a Filipino where ube originate from, I approve.
Mix with morning coffee
Mixed with water was just ok . Mix 1/2 package with 1 cup of my hot morning coffee is a nice treat

There is NO aftertaste or bitterness. First, I mix the packet with a little hot water in a coffee mug; this dissolves the powder. Next, I fill the remaining of the mug with milk. After stirring well, I put the mixture in the microwave to heat to drinking temperature. This drink often replaces my morning coffee, but it's even better to sip on after dinner, just relaxing by the tv. Since ordering, I have placed this product on a subscription. Its not often that one finds a healthy supplement that's actually a pleasure to drink.
