Step 1. Pump a suitable amount onto clean hands. Apply evenly to dry skin without water.
Step 2. Gently massage over the entire face for about 1 minute to dissolve makeup and impurities.For heavy or waterproof makeup, use a dedicated remover.

Great product, but not for everyone
I, being the skincare junkie that I am, have found a place for this in my routine and I really love how my skin feels after washing with it. However, this isn't for someone that wants one cleanser that works for every situation. For example, this doesn't foam up like the majority of cleansers do and that used to throw me off and I know that I wasn't the only one. Also, this isn't going to remove eye makeup or even some other long wear products, so I've seen this get bad reviews for that reason. But I love this cleanser in the morning when I wake up and need to remove whatever is left from my nighttime skincare routine. I don't wet my face first, although my hands will still be wet from having washed them. I find that too much water makes this product thin out too much. So I pump 2-3 times into my damp hands and apply it to my dry face. And I really massage my face well using this. Afte I rinse, I'm left with a face as soft as a baby's bottom! I have also used this as the second step in my double cleanse and it works well enough, but I have other cleansers that I prefer for that task. This product is great (for the right person). I'd recommend it to someone who wants something very gentle and doesn't need to use it for removing their makeup. I honestly love this product now that I've found the best use for it.
Great for a Gentle Cleanse on Oily Skin
This cleanser is such a great consistency and texture. It's gentle and non-stripping while still leaving my face feeling clean and refreshed. I use this for my morning cleanser, and it's been fantastic. As someone with oily skin, I love that it helps keep oil at bay all day. I've also noticed a reduction in visible pores after using it. I recommend using two pumps and lathering it up in your hands before cleansing your face. I think that really helps the product spread and get out all the bad stuff.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
Absolutely garbage. I am so disappointed you need 7 to 10 pumps and your face still is not clean. It's a water light consistency that smells and looks like a clay mask but has absolutely zero cleaning power.
Gentle but needs help
This cleanser is very gentle. It absolutely requires using another cleanser along with it. I had a tinted moisturizer on with light powder on top and this cleanser did not effectively remove it on its own, even after a rinse and repeat. I think it is worth trying, if you have sensitive skin.
The Start to Great Skin!
I bought this on a whim and its been a phenomenal purchase. It's both effective and gentle. My skin feels clean and soft. It provides your skin with a beautiful glow. I have sensitive skin and occasionally get fungal acne and its no issues.
