Love this HOWEVER the bottle is very delicate. It fell from the ledge of the tub into the tub and cracked! It wasn't even a hard fall. Contents were unsaveable. Customer service refuses to replace it. The packaging is obviously insufficient (there are other comments on this). This was the third item I bought within a month. I was about to become a regular customer. Very disappointing!
