I love MAC products, but I am very disappointed with their customer service. I had been trying to figure out what was going on with my order because it seemed to be having some issues, and I was told that someone would call me back after calling customer service, and they never did. When I called again, I was told I was going to be on hold after explaining what was going on with my order just to be hung up on. Great product, but sad service.

this shade is hit or miss for many, but i like it. it's a classic 90s grunge vibe. saw a makeup artist on tiktok also use it as contour and have since tried it for that as well. to my delight it works for my skintone for both uses! will note that there is a shade discrepancy between the bullet i purchased from mac online and the one purchased from ulta in store.
