Apply a thin layer of liquid eyeshadow to the eyelid with the applicator, to achieve a bolder hue add another layer and blend with your fingertip or a brush. Use the tip along the lash line to complete your eyeliner look.

I received this SACHEU shadow in exchange for my honest review. I really do enjoy it for a costumey or event look. I wouldn't wear this every day due to the color, and so I'm not sure I would repurchase unless there were neutral shades.
Candy dipp'd not as described
Be warned, the shade Candy Dipp'd is completely clear. No pigment at all, just chunky sparkles. It looks sort of like an eye gloss, nothing champagne or pink about it. Sparkles don't last long. I will have to use it on top of orher eyeshadow to get the look I wanted. Glad I got it on sale - will keep for special occasions.

I wasn't impressed by this liquid eyeshadow. When I swatched it, it looked decent, but as I applied it to my bare eyelids, it was hard to tell anything was there. It lacked the pigmentation I was looking for, and what's more, it never fully dried down - I checked a few minutes after applying it, an hour later, and even two to three hours after application, and it continued to feel tacky to the touch, which I don't like with liquid eyeshadows or any face product, really. I also noticed almost immediately that this liquid eyeshadow creased despite promising "crease-proof color." I did keep my eyes shut for almost a minute to allow it to dry before blinking, but you can see in my photos that there's clear creasing happening, which was very disappointing. I wore the eyeshadow all day and it did stay on my eyelids (feeling tacky the entire time as it never fully dried down), and I will say the eyeshadow lasted, though it became barely noticeable by the end of the day. I experienced very little fallout, which was nice for a shimmer eyeshadow, but considering how little shimmer and pigment is in this eyeshadow, I wasn't expecting much fallout. The bottle is pretty small for the price, but I prefer shimmery liquid eyeshadows to be smaller since I don't use them as often, so I didn't mind the container size. The doefoot applicator was a nice size, and the eyeshadow itself felt cooling and hydrating when I applied it. It's a shame it didn't dry completely. I don't think this is a good value and the product wasn't good compared to other liquid eyeshadows I've used over the years.

I love how natural the color looks. I have oily skin and usually I have to reapply my eye make up frequently. This surprisingly stay on for me for a couple of hours. Color is so lovely and give me yet natural but defined look.
