The right tool
This works. It is a solid, well built tool that gets your hair smooth and how you want on the lowet heat (I am Caucasian and have fine hair with a light, unruly curl that has lost its shine). I thought irons were irons, I'd buy the cheapest thing and thought that was equal. I reached a plateau and I...

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
There are serious issues with the spring that allows you to open and close the iron to curl. It's like the spring gets too hot, softens, and ends up stuck and the iron won't close all the way to secure the hair. I use the tool the way it is intended. Definitely worth the price
I've had previous curlers but nothing beats the 1" Bio Ionic curler. I've got so many complements with the curls the wand leaves. My hair normally doesn't hold curls all day so I was amazed when my curls lasted all day long using this curler.
Not for me
This curling iron would not hold curl in my hair. I returned it and bought the T3. I am extremely happy with that one!
Loved the curls
Was wanting a good quality 1in barrel, im glad I went with this one. Your hair just glides on it, my curls lasted throughout the day.
Its worth the money
Loved it, very smooth did not pull of my hair once clamped. Its expensive but worth it.
I would buy this product again
The best curling iron I have used. Better than the T3. Hair does not snag or get caught in the clamp. Heats up fast and you can lock in the temperature so you don't accidentally change it while using.
