I've tried a few different eyeshadow primers on my oily eyelids over the years, and this is the first one that genuinely prevented creasing and helped the color last all day. I should note that this is using it with powder eyeshadow and a base shade; I cannot vouch for if it works with creams, crayons, or liquids. What immediately struck me when trying this out was that it actually felt different on my skin from previous primers. When I went to spread it around with my fingertips, I could feel it resisting the movement and changing the surface texture of my eyelids to something a bit dryer and grippier. Did not disappoint. The only areas where I did notice fading were my eyeliner zones. I use powder eyeshadow for eyeliner, and I'm guessing that only faded because I couldn't get the primer right up to my lashlines using just my fingers.

Why did you revamp this formula? This new one is awful. I've been a user of the old formula for years. This new one is watery, thin & does not work well. I'm bummed you had to ruin a good thing. I'm now on a search for something similar to your old formula.
