- Dip the e.l.f. Eyeshadow Brush or e.l.f. Wide Tapered Eyeshadow Brush into Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow (brushes sold separately).
- Gently swipe liquid eyeshadow onto eyelids then use the brush or your fingertip to tap and blend.
- Swipe and blend lightly for a soft, seamless finish.
- For a bolder, more pigmented look, layer Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow onto lids. Let the eyeshadow dry before adding additional layers.

I love the Elf brand, but this product fell short. I was hoping this eye shadow would hit the mark of being comparable to the Mario brand, but once it's applied, it takes a significant amount of time before it dries. this is OK
I had high hopes. I have the cool beige which is too warm for my complextion, I am light skin toned.I was hoping the cool beige would not be so dark. On me it's almost like a dirty pink, hard to explain. I have the cool brown, that is nice I like it better, but less is more when using it. These take a bit to dry down.
As good as About Face
I was really excited for these shadows to come out and they did not disappoint! I got the shade Cable Knit which is described as a cool brown, but I'd say it leans more warm neutral. The formula is super blendable and budge proof. As with any liquid shadow I recommend using a dense tapered brush to blend and build intensity. I hope elf comes out with more shades.
