When I used this primer initially I was really excited! It looks like it really builds your lashes. Then, when you add the Tartlette Tubing mascara on top of it, the lashes clump into spikes. Its just ok.As an Ulta employee for the price not that awesome. I will use this until its gone but will not repurchase. Essence has a great one thay does just as good for a much cheaper price!
Can't add mascara
The tubing primer goes on well, but when you go to ad mascara, it takes away some of the white tubing and it Also clumps your mascara
