Works on healthy hair
I used this when my hair was damaged and it didn't do much. It just made my dry, frizzy hair a little shinier. BUT I used it again after my hair was healthy and the shine was incredible and I love the smell. If you are looking for a hair product to make your hair healthier, get a "bond repair" product. Absolutely love this stuff. I bought the trial size, uncertain of efficacy. I use a quarter size in my palm after shampooing and conditioning my hair. Work through mid-length to ends. Leave on for a few seconds, then rinse.I simply towel dry my hair and style as usual. I would think that it would be important not to use too much as it may add too much conditioning to fine hair if over-applied. My hair looks so smooth and soft. It has been very humid and rainy over the past two weeks and my hair still looks freshly styled. Normally I would be curly and frizzy at this point. I will take this on vacations too. I do not want to be without it!

I absolutely love this product & cannit be without it ever! I use it about 1x a week snd it really keeps my hair soft & shiny. I don't like the way the product comes out of the bottle bc I feel like I waste product so i put it into a spray bottle and I like that better.
