Gently pull outer corner of lid to create a smooth lid surface. Line lid close to base of lashes. For a fine line, apply with the tip using a light hand - for a bolder line, hold applicator at a slight angle.

I have been looking for a eyeliner that does not smudge. This one did within an hour. I returned it.

ive been trying to find a decent eyeliner & i keep on getting dissaoponted again & again, the tip on this is way too firm, thus making it very difficult to apply. in addition, it is not waterproof, id say more or so water resistant & it does flake over time. Therefore, id say theres better out there.
