Certainly Displeased
I've been on the hunt for a new eyeliner and purchased this one to try, thinking that it may work really well based off the reviews. The first few times I used it, I was glad and grateful to have it. Every day after that it seemed like it was completely dried out and very old. Not sure if I got a faulty product or something, but even with those few good uses its not enough to make me give it another chance.
