Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough color at the tip to work with. Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working outward. Go intense and dramatic or create a softer, smoky look by using the smudger tool right after applying. Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener.

First time using Revlon's eyeliner. I thought this was a pretty decent value for a 2-pack. I got the Brown color. Flakes all over - super dry liner that goes on horrilbly
Liner does not apply well or easily. I immediately have small flakes of it under my eyes. Feels very dry gong on, go "smoothness" to the application process. Would not recommend!

I love this eyeliner! It helps give a beautiful smokey look and it isn't harsh like black liner. It has a really good consistency and goes on very smooth. I have bought it for years and will continue to buy it! I like it a lot better than a regular pencil eyeliner. It sharpens easy and doesnt dry out.
