Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough color at the tip to work with. Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working outward. Go intense and dramatic or create a softer, smoky look by using the smudger tool right after applying. Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener.

Did you change the packaging where all the caps are black? Now it's impossible to determine which color is which. Dumb idea.

the product is very good, the only thing is i need to keep sharpening it with the included sharpener. the sharpener works well for only a few uses, then it starts to stop working and the tip of the eyeliner breaks inside of the sharpener. no matter i clean it out, the sharpener still doesn't work. how do i fix this??

Below are the application tips: Application Tips: • Advance tip to desired length by twisting body of pencil. • Apply along lash line starting from inner corner of eye working outwards. • To sharpen, pull out sharpener from end of pencil. Disappointed
Have used this eyeliner for several years with great results but the last one I bought broke as soon as I opened it and twice more, feels much softer than usual and messy to use.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Uh this is the most pigmented eyeliner pencil that i've ever tried that has unique colors. The application is so easy due to its packaging and formula, and the price id literally amazing. This lasted me all day while I was sweating in florida heat, it's perfect!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Revlon ColorStay eyeliner pencil is nice for everyday use. The packaging is simple and easy to throw in a makeup bag, and the pencil glides on without tugging. I do wish the pigmentation was stronger because sometimes I have to go over the line a couple of times to get the intensity I want. On the plus side, it does last pretty well throughout the day without too much smudging. For the price, it's a good option if you're looking for a softer eyeliner look, but if you like super bold lines, this might not be enough.

Beautiful shade for those partying nights
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Firstly I am a minimalist when it comes to makeup most days who love to go with colorful eyeliner and lipstick. This Revlon eyeliner in shade 214 raisin a beautiful grape color that compliments my brown eyes . The eyeliner glides smoothly and is definitely long lasting I had it on my beach day and at night I can still see the purple tone. The smudge applicator is great for creating Smokey eyes .I paired this with Revlon liquid eyeshadow once in blue moon shade to create a blue tone Smokey evening eyes. It's definitely my current go to shade for parties and evening events .love it.
White for lower lash line works well
