Gently pull outer corner of lid to create a smooth lid surface. Line lid close to base of lashes. For a fine line, apply with the tip using a light hand - for a bolder line, hold applicator at a slight angle.

Does this eyeliner have oil? i.e. can it be used with lash extensions?

Revlons liquid eyeliner is good. Its easy to apply. The only issue i have in my experience is that it does crack once its been on for less than 6 hours. The bottle that it comes in also has a little bit in it that it doesnt even last me 2 weeks. I do however like the shape of the tip when making a wing.
