Really Works! Miracle in winter
Pros: This actually works. It repaired my dry winter skin like no other. I'll even dab a little on my lips at night (with vaseline over top) and the results are incredible. I have very sensitive skin so I avoid lathering it on areas that are particularly sensitive. But it has never given me a rash or irritation. Cons: There is a greasy feeling to it. It is something you can definitely feel for a little while before it fully melts into your skin. It has a tacky feel.
Very moisturizing, but smells like oil
This product is amazing, especially for those with eczema. Very moisturizing and thick. Its very easy to overdo it, though. So it is best to apply on damp skin. If you use too much, it smells like cooking oil.
Not for face
My Ulta store was out of my Laroche Posay daily facial moisturizer. I was informed I could use the product above "use it on your face and all over". This product broke my face out significantly. I returned to the store 3 days later "when their truck would be in" and was finally able to purchase my Double Repair Face Moisturizer. I would not recommend use on face but on body only.
Rash Developed on Body
I typically do not have sensitive skin anywhere, other than my face. For some reason, I broke out using this and it caused very itchy skin, in which I purchased to help that issue. I used it 3 days and had to stop. Used it again 2 weeks later for 2 days, and had to stop again.
Love this lotion!
I have very dry skin and have had a hard time finding something that is moisturizing without feeling greasy and you don't have to reapply. This lotion is exactly what I have been looking for. No scent which is an added plus.
