A: Both products have different formulas. Aquaphor Lip Repair and Protect is specifically for use on the lips, while Aquaphor Healing Ointment is a general skin care ointment that can be used anywhere on the body. 


Q: Does this product contain petrolatum?

A: The current formula of the Aquaphor Lip Repair Stick does not contain Petrolatum. Aquaphor Lip Repair and Protect Stick is formulated with conditioning Jojoba Oil and moisturizing Shea Butter.


Q: Is Aquaphor Lip Repair and Protect offered in a tube version?

A: We currently do not offer Aquaphor Lip Repair and Protect in a tube. However, we offer the Aquaphor Lip Protect + Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30 in a tube.


Q: How often should you apply this lip balm?

A: Apply Aquaphor Lip Repair and Protect Stick liberally to dry lips as needed. For sunscreen use: apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every 2 hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
