Cannot believe you guys messed with this great product - it did NOT need to be changed. The new one is a cheap try - it's opaque white and has that "carmex" type stuff that makes your lips feel chapped and dry. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!!!!
Who made the awful decision to change this formula?!? I have used this lip balm for decades. I recently purchased 4 new ones and found that the new formula actually DRIES my lips and makes them feel worse! This is ridiculous. Do not purchase these lip balms until Kiehls brings back the old formula.
Formula change
Not only has the formula changed, but the texture had tiny white balls that were hard and irritating to my lips. I dont know if my tube had gone bad or if it's supposed to be that way, but eother way i wont be buying it again.
All-Time Favorite!
I have been using this since 2023 and I absolutely love it, many women dislike the new formula beacuse it lost its gloss, but it is now more suitable for men because it doesn't look like they're wearing lip gloss. It hydrates just the same though! If women want a glossy lip balm, don't look here! This is a matte, ultra-hydrating lip balm and it's a for sure 1,000,000,000/10 for me.
Only buy the butter mask!
