Cannot believe you guys messed with this great product - it did NOT need to be changed. The new one is a cheap try - it's opaque white and has that "carmex" type stuff that makes your lips feel chapped and dry. Once again changed a formula and FAIL
Again Kiehl's takes a classic product changes the formula and awful. This one has more chemicals, drier lips. Bye Kiehl's you are no longer the same company with quality products. Such a shame what has happened to your products that used to be A+

Don't recommend for those with dry skin
This is way too thin. I have a very dry skin type, and I love Kiehl's products for that exact reason, but this lip balm somehow made my lips more dry. Not sure if I got a bad one? I will use it to layer other balms or put some petroleum on top of it

I like how it felt applying but also felt like it dried out my lips faster

Who made the awful decision to change this formula?!? I have used this lip balm for decades. I recently purchased 4 new ones and found that the new formula actually DRIES my lips and makes them feel worse! This is ridiculous. Do not purchase these lip balms until Kiehls brings back the old formula.
