New formula sucks
New formula for his is just horrible! Why ruin great product? My lips are literally on fireee! Both tubes straight to the bin. I will definitely not be buying any more of this lip balm until the formula I changed back to what is was. You have many unhappy customers because of it now.
Not the same formula!
Ulta needs to update the ingredients on their site. This product no longer contains the good ingredients we all loved. No more lanolin. No Longer a Favorite!
New formula and it is completely horrible! This has been my go to instant hydration lip treatment for over 10 years. It now wears off instantly, has no "feeling good"relief. Thought it was defective. Nope, new ingredients. Very disappointing!
