Changed Formula is Disappointing and Sucks
Cannot believe you guys messed with this great product - it did NOT need to be changed. The new one is a cheap try - it's opaque white and has that "carmex" type stuff that makes your lips feel chapped and dry. Formula change
Not only has the formula changed, but the texture had tiny white balls that were hard and irritating to my lips. I dont know if my tube had gone bad or if it's supposed to be that way, but eother way i wont be buying it again.
All-Time Favorite!
I have been using this since 2023 and I absolutely love it, many women dislike the new formula beacuse it lost its gloss, but it is now more suitable for men because it doesn't look like they're wearing lip gloss. It hydrates just the same though! If women want a glossy lip balm, don't look here! This is a matte, ultra-hydrating lip balm and it's a for sure 1,000,000,000/10 for me.
Only buy the butter mask!
Why is this even sold,never helps with lips.Please put the butter mask on here instead.

Why mess with a good thing?? Will be returning. Not worth the money at all.
New formula sucks
New formula for his is just horrible! Why ruin great product? My lips are literally on fireee! Both tubes straight to the bin. I will definitely not be buying any more of this lip balm until the formula I changed back to what is was. You have many unhappy customers because of it now.
