Spray onto dry or damp hair and comb through evenly. Activate naturally with sun exposure or apply low heat with a blow dryer for 3-4 minutes. Repeat until desired results are achieved. Do not use more than once between hair washes.

Terrible customer service Ulta
Ulta sent this Hally hair lightner in a bag, the bottle had a screw on top which came undone and had leaked out leaving just a wet bag and no product. After numerous attempts and 2 days of back and fourth with Ulta to fix issue they flatly refused to!!! First time I have had an issue with Ulta but also the last. I will now be shopping elsewhere.
Hally lighten up mist
This review is for online customer service. I received this product in a bubble wrap plastic bag that was soaking wet from the screw top coming off. After 4 conversations with customer service and sending 4 pictures they refused to do anything. They did state I could bring to store however the store is 2 hours round trip as in Maine for the summer. That would cost more in gas then the product. In conclusion, the customer service was inept, they really could care less about their customer!

all of these sun in like products are the same they claim to make your hair lighter and leave a chemical damage on hair and creates brassy or green tones on ends over time. hair breaks off and is left it terrible condition.

This has such good reviews and I was so excited to use it. I've used it with the heat setting on my diffuser and my dark brown hair has turned brassy orange, not natural looking and definitely not the look I was going for. Bummed.
Ruined my hair
This lightened my hair well for about three weeks and then it turned brassy. I was able to tone it, but it came right back. I went to the salon and they said the hydrogen peroxide ruined ny hair and they wont put in highlights becuase the bleach will react badly.

Do you have e to use heat for it to work or can you use it without heat and just get a subtle effect?
