Plug the tool into an outlet and turn ON
Select desired temperature using the +/- button

Hair should be detangled and completely dry
Apply the heat protectant of your choice
Insert a 1" - 2" strand of hair between the plates
Starting near your roots, gently press down
Slide the flat iron from root to tip at a moderate pace

Quit Working
I really liked how this flat iron worked until one day it kept shutting off and now it doesn't work at all. I had it maybe 2 years and now I'm seeing multiple reviews with the same complaint. I do not recommend this flat iron.
Fabulous flat iron for keratin treated curly hair
The ceramic plates are especially essential for keratin treated hair vs titanium plates. The flat iron gently and beautifully straightens hair. I highly recommend this hair tool.
Great quality for frizzy hair
Although the price was high, I can say that it is a good quality flat iron
Worked great until it didn't
Had this brand that was digital one for about 3-4 years and used daily. All of sudden the cord got loose and moved around where it connects to the iron. This would make it shut off and I would have to restart it. I was able to hold cord in place against the iron and keep it on and keep using. Did that for about 2-3 weeks. One day it popped real loud a couple of times and sparks flew out of it. Scared me and luckily got unplugged and threw in trash.
