So …yeah so it actually works y'all!!
I'd been using Hyaluronic acid which is great for moisture but when I get stressed out, I get pimples that result in dark spots. So I watched a few YouTube videos and the ladies(Dark Skin women) all recommended it. I had nothing to lose so I tried it. LET ME TELL YOU GUYS THAT IT WORKS! These days, ...

Is this a wash off treatment or a leave-on?
I don't have a review yet, as I just purchased a bottle of the Lactic Acid exfoliating serum today. I'm a bit confused as to how this should be used. Is this a treatment that you leave on for a few minutes (or 10, 15 minutes?) and then wash off? Or, do you apply it after cleansing and leave it on...

Good
This is my favorite chemical exfoliant. I use it on my face about 1-2 times a week whenever I feel like it, and occasionally elsewhere on my body if needed. At that rate the small bottle still lasts me a few months which is nice. It dries down still slightly tacky, so I let it sit for about 30 minutes before rinsing off. That's been enough time for some to soak in and get to work. Getting up the next day my face always has less dry patches and does feel smoother over time as I use it. I have dry sensitive skin and have had no bad reactions over the years I've used it, but I try not to over do it either. I would imagine it would work just as well for other skin types.
Great exfoliater for sensitive skin
I was gifted this product a couple of years ago and didn't really know much about it. But after using it for just a couple of weeks, I noticed a big difference in how my skin felt and looked. I have sensitive skin due to rosacea so I can't use a lot of products with powerful ingredients. This one is just the right mix. It helps slough dead skin cells from my face and makes my face feel smoother. The price point on this one is excellent. It's definitely a keeper in my daily skin care regiment.
Love this product!
I've been using this for the past week, cleared up my blackheads, pimples, and no dry skin. I apply it at night like it says to (but I do it without moisturizer) and my skin has become so clear! Definitely recommend.
I will continue to buy these products.
Love Ordinary products.
Great to have on hand
I dont use this daily, but when I (40's) or my 15 year old daughter, have a pimple or dry skin patch, we use this and it works great! You only need a little drop and it does the trick!

I have Bumpy arms, ussaly after shaving, due to KP I was wondering if this product would help at all to smooth my arms?
- Asked by Bella
- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageLactic Acid 10% + HA has only been tested for use on the face and neck. Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner has been tested for use on the face, neck, and scalp. It can also exfoliate areas of the body experiencing rough and bumpy skin. However, we do not recommend applying this product to covered areas of the body such as the inner thighs or underarms, as these areas may have more sensitive skin, and the natural occlusion of these regions may make them more prone to irritation. Was this answer helpful to you
