DO NOT TAKE ORALLY With clean hands, insert 1 suppository into the vagina at bedtime daily as needed or for up to 14 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. Avoid sexual intercourse when using this product. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. If using The Killer® along with Flora Power™ we recommend using The Killer® first for anywhere between 1-14 days, depending on your body's needs, and then Flora Power™ for up to 5 days. You'll want to use just one suppository at a time and complete a run of one product before moving onto the next.
