I have been on a hair growth journey for about a year and a half after frying my hair with a straightener daily without heat protectant- not realizing how much I was damaging my hair. So I have tried every hair mask I can find to try to help with damage control, frizz, hydration, etc. this one is by FAR the best mask I have ever used. Smells like bananas which I find pleasant.
