1. Wash your hands with soap and water.

2. Find a comfortable place where you can lie down while applying the cream.

3. Open the tube.

4. Push the applicator nozzle onto the tube until it stops.

5. Gently squeeze the tube from the bottom to force gel into the applicator barrel, it stops at 1 ml. Maintain a light pressure.

6. Remove the applicator from the tube and close the tube.

7. Lie on your back with your knees drawn toward you. Gently insert the applicator 1.6-2.0 inches into your vagina. Press the applicator plunger downward until it reaches its original position. You can apply a little part of the gel with your finger at the vaginal entrance or wet the outside of the applicator to facilitate insertion.

8. Wash your hands with soap and water after applying the gel.

Clean your applicator before first use, directly after use and also after long-term storage (more than 5 days).

CAUTION: If the package has been tampered with, or if there are any changes in the appearance of the gel, do not use the products and inform the manufacturer.

Never use detergents to clean the applicator. This can destroy the material in the applicator and there is also a risk that remnants of detergents can cause irritation.
