Step 1: Set up. Lay the blanket flat on a heat-resistant surface. Plug in and press the power button to preheat on the highest setting for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare. If using without the Sauna Blanket Insert, wear a long-sleeved shirt, pants, and socks to protect your skin from direct heat contact. For a clothing-free session, use the HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket Insert.

Step 3: Get in. Adjust to your desired temperature, zip yourself inside, and settle in for 30--50 minutes. The blanket auto shut-off after 60 minutes --- it will beep when your session ends.

Step 4: After your session, allow the blanket to cool before wiping it down. Stay hydrated before and after use for optimal results.

Use 2--3 times a week to support detox, recovery, and glowing skin.
