Step 1: Position the mat. Place it on any heat-resistant surface, like a firm chair or the floor. Avoid memory foam, latex, leather, couches, and waterbeds.

Step 2: Power on. Plug in and press the power button. Adjust the infrared heat dial to your preferred temperature.
