Features
- Sharpenable Eyeliner Pencil
Apply along the top and bottom lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye and working outward. Suitable to use on the inner rim in the waterline. Eyeliner can be sharpened using a makeup pencil sharpener. For a more colorful look, use with another shade of Infallible Pro-Last Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner.
Precautions: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

There is something very wrong with this so-called pencil. I tried to twist it. Then, I tried to sharpen it. IMPOSSIBLE. Was only able to use the originally exposed portion. What a waste of money.

Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Eyeliner, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. For best results, we suggest the Dual Sharpener, and turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. So i read your response to my previuos questions, however, i sharpened my pencil to a nice point, but it doesnt advance to get more of the actual eyeliner. Is there more eyeliner inside the pencil?

This product needs more R&D: won't sharpen
I bought this product a month ago and was very excited to see it last all day, didn't smudge, but I could use it with other products. Until the tip wore down. I know how to sharpen a pencil, which this essentially is. The plastic casing around the color is too brittle, I spent 20 minutes this mornin...

Stays on all day!
Every other eyeliner smudges all over my eyes, so frustrating. This eyeliner is dark and stays put all day! I love it! This is my second buy.
Huge Disappointment
I love the formula of the eyeliner itself, however, it is an absolute design failure. As many of the previous reviews will tell you, getting more product out of it is next to impossible. Seeing how long this has been an problem, it doesn't look like L-Oreal care enough to fix this major issue. Do not waste your time or money.

This packaging sucks. I have bought 2 and neither will sharpen with a sharpener. Money wasted. Do NOT recommend.
No because they do not sharpen well at all

I love the blue arctic color. These pencils do not sharpen at all they break off and you loose half of the eyeliner. It leaves you with sharp wood I bought 2 brand new eyeliner sharpeners and not cheap ones. That did not solve the problem. Please I feel you should send me a free sharpener that you know would work. I even tried 3 of my friends sharpeners who swore to me they would work. Nope not 1 worked.
